Rice Paper Flowers Salmon Poke

1. Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft, then wrap cooked rice seasoned with turmeric powder to form flower shapes.

2. In a bowl, mix Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, soy sauce, sugar, and a small drizzle of sesame oil to make the poke dressing.

3. Incorporate masago and finely chopped green onion into the mixture.

4. Plate the rice paper flowers and pour the poke dressing over them.

5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
